Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 2023-02-09

1) General

Most products we sell are custom-configured LED display systems (size, pixel pitch, cabinets, structure, controller). Because of the customized nature, refunds are limited as described below.

2) Cancellations

  • Before shipping: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the factory ships the goods. (Production deposits to suppliers may be deducted if the build already started.)
  • After shipping: Once goods have shipped (or an AWB/BOL has been issued), cancellations are not available. In those cases, warranty and support terms apply.

3) Returns

  • DOA/Transit damage: If an item arrives damaged or non-functional, notify us within 7 days with photos/video and the packaging. We will arrange replacement parts or an RMA according to the warranty process.
  • Non-defective custom goods: We cannot accept returns for correctly manufactured custom LED systems.

4) Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe or bank transfer). Processing times depend on the payment provider.

5) How to request

Email admin@yeeliztechnology.net with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting media. We will acknowledge within 1โ€“2 business days.
