Warranty Policy

Effective date: 2023-02-09

1) Coverage

We provide a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for LED modules, power supplies, cabinets, and controller components (NovaStar / Colorlight) under normal use and proper installation.

2) Remedies

  • Replacement parts or repair at our discretion.
  • Remote technical assistance for configuration/calibration.
  • On-site service is available as a paid option unless specifically included in your contract.

3) Exclusions

  • Damage from incorrect wiring, improper structures or third-party installation not approved by us.
  • Physical damage, vandalism, weather events beyond rating, power surges, or use outside the specified environment (e.g., using indoor panels outdoors).
  • Consumables and wear items (fans, connectors) beyond normal failure rates.

4) RMA Process

  • Contact admin@yeeliztechnology.net with photos/video and a description of the fault.
  • We issue an RMA if needed. Ship items in original or equivalent protective packaging.
  • We cover outbound shipping of replacement parts for approved warranty claims.

5) Calibration & Maintenance

Post-installation calibration and periodic maintenance improve lifespan and visual uniformity. We offer remote support and scheduled maintenance plans.
