1) Orders & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• Builds start after written approval and initial payment as per the invoice.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer. You agree to provide accurate billing information and cooperate in fraud prevention checks.

2) Lead Time & Delivery

• Typical delivery window: 30–45 days, depending on configuration and logistics.
• Title and risk pass on delivery to the customer or the carrier per the shipping terms in the invoice.

3) Installation

• Installation includes structure, mounting, electrical connection, and controller setup as specified.
• Customer must provide safe access, power availability, and any required permits.

4) Warranty & Support

Covered by our Warranty Policy. Support includes remote assistance and optional on-site services.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeeliz Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7) Disputes

• We aim to resolve issues directly. You agree to communicate with us in good faith prior to initiating a chargeback.
